This isn't an unusual ticket as such, but I included it because of the number of times it has apparently been punched.

RSP 4599/15 Supplement. This example has been issued as a local railcard for Aylesbury Vale District Council.

An annual gate pass, issued to members of staff at stations with ticket barriers. They are not always issued on Supplement stock. Season ticket stock or even specially printed cards are used at some locations.

A Local Program card. The APTIS buttons Local 1 to Local 8 can be programmed to issue various short term promotional fares. Once a fare is programmed in a card is produced, of which this is an example.

Thorn EMI test ticket. This one has been issued as a 7 day season. The machine was in delivery mode hence the character "D" fills all blank spaces. APTIS machines are delivered in this mode and cannot issue valid tickets until they have been revenue initialised.

Ticketing Error. Day Travelcard that has been erroneously issued for the fare of 3p.

Ticketing Error. Railcard issued with no holder's name or signature.

Ticketing Error. Photocard numbers should never be altered on season tickets. If a photocard is lost then a replacement season ticket should be issued.

Ticketing Error. Destination "London Buses". I assume this is a mistake.
